The President and founder of New Strength Adaptive Fitness, Coach John is a certified ISSA fitness coach and elite trainer with certifications in personal training, nutrition, and yoga. He is a 2nd degree black belt and level 5 instructor in Krav Maga, as well a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt. He also has coaching, instructor, and safety certifications through USA Gymnastics. Aside from training students and continuing his own personal fitness and martial arts education and practice, Coach John is a husband to his wife of 22 years and father to their 3 daughters. He is active in the local church where he teaches an 11th grade boys group and plays electric and bass guitar on the worship team. His other interests are travel and outdoor sports.

T.J. Lewis
T.J. Lewis is honored to be a husband and dad of 3, humbled to be a youth pastor but is incredibly proud to be a Texan! He's the youth pastor at Lake Church in Arlington, and has been working with students for over 25 years. He loves Jesus, the Rangers, Blue Bell, and smoking meats in mass quantities for others. He's thrilled to serve on the board at Forty31.
Adam Guerrero
As an educator and coach, Adam is very passionate about providing opportunities and helping students reach their full potential. He is a 3rd degree black belt in Savage Krav Maga, and a brown belt in Savage Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. When he is not coaching martial arts, he is working full-time as a professor of history for Tarrant County College and at the Crowley Collegiate Academy. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife of fourteen years, an eleven year old son, and a seven year old daughter. He also enjoys reading, going to the movies, traveling, and meeting new people.
